Coming Around Again A CASFWG Anthology Tom Howard 9781532765049 Books Reviews
While this anthology has a lot of different kinds of stories I like (and were quite good), I liked the scary stories the best. There’s a great horror story about a mime who cuts out people’s vocal chords (“Pantomimus” by Lyn Godfrey), a woman who kills one bug too many and has to face their wrath (“Mary Sue’s Unfortunate Sister” by Amanda Howard), and a Predator-like creature on an alien planet who likes to play with his human food (“Enemy of Existence” by Peter McQueeny), but my favorite is a group of ghosts who decide to hunt serial killers (“Revenants of Reckoning Unfinished Business” by James Hyde). They’re kind of like super-heroes and too cool.
